- Currently representing a synagogue to get land development approval to convert a portion of an existing house into a place of worship. We successfully defended a Cease and Desist Order, and obtained numerous zoning variances, which were appealed by the municipality. Eventually we were successful in obtaining a favorable Settlement Agreement.
- Represented a residential home builder in receiving final land development approval for a housing subdivision in Lower Makefield Township on a site covered by woodlands, streams and wetlands.
- Represented a landowner in a Quiet Title Action where we extinguished an easement on their property.
- Represented a developer in a real estate contract for the purchase of a subdivided residential property and related issue of the ability of the seller to subdivide the land in accordance with the terms of the purchase agreement.
