Local Woman Whose Son Was Killed By Drunk Driver Receives $1.625 Million Settlement
On Monday September 22, 2008 he Bucks County Court of Common Pleas approved a $1.625 million settlement on behalf of the Estate of a 22 year old man killed by a drunk driver. Donna Relyea, the administratrix of the Estate of her son, Bruce Dyczok, was represented by Elliot Kolodny, a shareholder in the the Accident & Personal Injury group in the Newtown Bucks County office of Stark & Stark. The suit named as defendants Bucks County’s Peddler’s Village, the Cock ‘N Bull Restaurant and Michael Prince.
