Elliot Kolodny is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Accident and Personal Injury group. Mr. Kolodny has been a trial attorney for over 19 years, and currently focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, malpractice, and birth trauma litigation. Mr. Kolodny has handled litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of legal fields including: products liability, complex commercial litigation, securities, environmental, employment, municipal, consumer fraud, domestic relations, trust and estates, bankruptcy and real estate.
Mr. Kolodny has extensive experience litigating cases throughout Pennsylvania including Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Lehigh, Carbon, Lackawanna and Luzerne counties, as well as in Federal Court in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has handled appeals in the Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kolodny has also been a court appointed neutral arbitrator.
