This half-day seminar in drafting pleadings, motions and discovery has been designed with the new lawyer in mind. Each attendee will receive a fact pattern and accompanying information. On seminar day, you'll work out the bugs in your drafting from either plaintiff's or defendant's perspective in a hands-on workshop setting. Experienced litigators will provide guidance and how-to instruction that you'll work with right away during the course. The course will also cover the ethics of pretrial practice as it freshens and broadens your pretrial drafting skills.
